Privacy notice
Schunck Web is a trading name of Aeroview, a sole proprietorship owned by Alfred Schunck in Copenhagen, Denmark (Danish business no. CVR 44290944). I am the data controller for the data described here. Contact: alfred@schunckweb.co.uk.
I contact businesses whose website I think I can improve. Before I write, I usually build a draft of a new website based on your current one and send you a private link to it. I only write to business email addresses of companies, not to private individuals.
I use this data to offer your business a new website and to follow up on that. The legal basis is legitimate interests under the UK GDPR: a relevant, low-volume business offer to a business, which you can stop at any time. If you become a customer, I process your data to deliver the service under our contract.
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "stop" or email alfred@schunckweb.co.uk. I will not contact you again, and I will take down any draft site I made for you on request. I keep a short suppression record (your business name, domain and email address) so that you are not contacted again by mistake.
If you do not become a customer, I delete your data within 12 months of my last contact with you, except the suppression record above. Draft sites expire and are removed automatically.
I use service providers to send email, store data, host websites and help build drafts with software tools, including AI tools. They act on my instructions only. Some of them may process data outside the UK and the EU. Where they do, the transfer is covered by adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. I do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to its use at any time. Email alfred@schunckweb.co.uk and I will answer within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
